CONFIGURATOR for workshop furniture

The range of POLAK CZ workshop furniture is very extensive and the uniqueness of our products lies, among other things, in the possibility of mutual combination and modularity. There are so many ways to put together individual sets that it can be difficult to find your way around the range and find the best possible solutions. That's why we've spent a lot of time developing a tool that guides you through the assembly of a product, from the basic dimensions to small accessories. At the same time, you can view the workshop furniture in a 3D planner that allows you to set up your own space.

User interface of the configurator

Before using the configurator for the first time, simply create your own account to log in to the system. After logging in, you will be taken to the user interface where you can see not only your configured assemblies, but also your submitted requests and completed orders. Thanks to the user interface, you can keep an overview and retrieve and edit your current reports at any time.

Configuration of workshop furniture

The configurator is unique because, among other things, you can create your own configurations for the entire range of workshop furniture. You can choose from the following products:

• Drawer cabinets

• Workbenches and accessories

• Computer and special cabinets

• Ergonomic workstations

• Electrical cabinets and accessories

• NC programme

• Wardrobe cabinets

• Workshop and vertical cabinets

The system guides you from the basic dimensions of the product to the small accessories and the colour of the individual parts. The configurator is designed so that you cannot mix up parts, e.g. you can only add doors and drawers to a particular cabinet that have the same dimensions.

You can go back and change the parts as you assemble them, try different combinations and finally choose the ideal option.

You can name and save the finished assembly, and you can come back later and edit the parts again. You will have a perfect overview.

Finally, directly from the configurator environment, you send a non-binding request to the nearest distributor, who will get back to you with a quote. The order can always be found in your user interface.

3D planner

Use the sophisticated 3D planner to get a perfect picture of your workshop furniture. First, set up your own room according to the desired dimensions, where you can place windows, doors and even obstacles in the room. Simply insert your configured assemblies into the prepared room or use the ready-made workshop furniture assemblies we offer.

You can freely move, rotate and place the products in the 3D planner according to your needs. The system alerts you to any collisions between the parts and gives you a perfect idea of how your workspace will not only look but, above all, function.

The icing on the cake is the presentation of the products with closed doors and drawers, but also in the open version, so you know how much space you have left in your room.

Choice of prefabricated assemblies

Last but not least, it is not always necessary to create your own configuration in the configurator environment if, for example, you know exactly which product you need or if you just want to see the layout of the products in the 3D scene. In this case, you can choose from already configured assemblies from the entire range of workshop furniture. But even these prefabricated assemblies can be further upgraded at will by adding accessories or changing the colour scheme.
